Oasis Wealth Management Limited is a London-based financial planning firm. The Company was founded 5 years ago by Shankar Devarashetty, an entrepreneur, accountant and financial adviser. Our highly experienced team can be accessed when needed offering financial advice with tax planning services.

We work alongside Oasis Accountants a team of highly experienced, professional accountants, account managers, bookkeepers and support staff. They offer services to start-ups, growing businesses, scale-up businesses, SMEs, sole traders and partnerships in the UK.

  • Mike Gibbs MSc, CA, CFA, DipPFS

    Mike, like others in the Oasis Wealth team, is a Financial Adviser and Chartered Accountant. His first job was working for Ernst & Young in Mexico in 1999 and he later qualified as a Chartered Accountant with them in London in 2004.

    After completing a Masters in Mathematical Trading and Finance (Distinction) at Bayes Business School he worked in Investment Banking for over 16 years during which time he also became a CFA Charterholder. His experience in Risk Management and of a wide range of financial products coupled with his Diplomas in Financial Planning provide a great pool of knowledge and experience to draw on to advise clients. Having spent several years speaking to Financial Regulators about risks he now prefers speaking to clients and providing practical and useful financial advice.

    He finds it very satisfying to help clients save money and enable their investments to grow more.

  • Hema Adavikolanu CeMAP

    Hema, is an experienced Mortgage and Protection Adviser, and has been part of the Oasis team since 2020. Prior to this she was a Mortgage Adviser at a local Estate Agent and is therefore very familiar with the complete customer journey. She is very happy to advise customers on the important milestones and let them know what to watch out for in the interactions with Estate Agents, Solicitors and other party. Hema enjoys the interaction with different customers and finds it satisfying, contributing to the clients' successful completions. This is what makes the process of advising a very rewarding experience!

3 STEP OASIS APPROACH

    If you are interested, we will provide you with additional information on what you should expect by sending brochures, leaflets on our offerings. After looking through the information, you can contemplate whether you would like to proceed.

  • STEP 2

    Next, we will arrange a 20 minute conversation between you and an Oasis financial adviser to discuss your present and future situation.

    • Where are you now?

    • Where do you want to be?

    Then we will talk through the possible options e.g. pensions, insurance, investments, mortgages. This will all be tailored to your needs and wants with the support of tax planning advice as required.

    You can decide after this meeting whether you would be willing to proceed with Oasis wealth. Yes or no are perfect responses

  • STEP 3

    Once you have agreed to go ahead, we will send you various documents to help us assess which products are best suited for you, how much you can afford, assess your financial situation, and what your appetite for risk is.

    After that, we will work to get the recommended solution and product set up for you.
